 For more than 15 years, I’ve walked alongside founders, funders, and executives carrying high-stakes responsibility for millions—in grants, revenue, policy, and people.
My work lives at the intersection of leadership development, systems change, somatic intelligence, and psychological growth. For a decade, I taught collaboration and negotiation at Stanford. Before that, as an attorney, I led teams to close thousands of deals across four continents.
And just as important as the professional path is my lived one. I've grown a business while holding paradox—heartbreak and possibility, grief and delight—at the same time. Solo parenting through seasons of illness and uncertainty. Navigating what can't be controlled. I learned from my own life and sitting beside purpose-led clients for 15 years that "not enough" isn't a flaw—it's where collaboration, spirit, and collective power step in.
This is the grounded presence I bring: the eagle's eye view for complexity, the steady guide at your side, and the fierce belief that you are on purpose, together.
