Short. Catalytic. For the vision calling you forward.
Â
Â
Â
 Â
This is a movement of leaders choosing to use this moment of breakdown and possibility as a catalyst.
Â
For the systems you're creating. For who you're becoming.
When impossible is the assignment, you're the one who leans in.
Â
You feel most alive when the objective is complex, the terrain uncertain, and the impact worth your full engagement.
You don't flinch in the face of the unknown—you get curious. Strategic. Unreasonably devoted.
And I know this moment you’re in now is different.
The urgency is constant. The ground keeps shifting. What's calling you now asks more than what got you here. The vision is bigger than what you and your team can build alone.
Being the responsible one—the capable one, the one who carries, the one who steps in—has been your superpower.
Now it’s the cap on what you can create.
Â
That’s not a failure. It’s the gift.
Â
This moment is stretching you—not just for what must be done, but for how you're called to lead. Not through more effort. Different capacity.Â
Precision on what's yours. Bolder delegation.Â
Catalyzing the ecosystem you're already part of.
What Leaders Say
“When I came to Jeanine, I was in urgency — trying to secure $1M just to meet immediate needs. She helped me pause, step back, and ask a bigger question: not what’s feasible, but what’s needed. That one conversation expanded my vision. I invited in my team, engaged our policy and program partners, and the result? A $3.5M initiative — unanimously approved — that’s now resourcing grantees, supporting safety and security, and influencing other funders across the field. That shift still stays with me.”Â
 — Lea Tienou-Gustofson, Senior Director, World Education Services Mariam Assefa Fund
Each episode is a short, catalytic spark.
Â
5-15 minutes. These audios are raw and real time and live where personal growth meets strategy—taking you from question to insight, desire to direction, spark to strategy and your very next step.
Fuel for your movement through four lenses:
From the work: What are leaders at this edge, your peers, actually doing? I'm bringing you real breakthrough moments from my coaching rooms. The moments when vision expands from feasible to possible - beyond what you can carry alone.
In the body: How are we navigating the tension between heartbreak and possibility? This moment requires us to turn up our sensitivity, not go numb. What tightness are you carrying—and what is it trying to tell you? Under stress, what can you no longer see?
At the edge: I'm making this personal. Me walking my own developmental edge in real time - the wayfinding, the uncertainty, the becoming. How do I honor my knowing and lean into others? I'm gathering, too. Come with me.
With the field: We're leaning into ecosystem and learning from voices shaping how we lead. Sparks from Donella Meadows on leverage points, poetry that cracks open possibility, researchers and practitioners of systems change. Six Impossible Things Before Breakfat as a practice. I'm modeling what we're talking about: gathering perspectives and resources so that we can ask even better questions.
Episodes with alchemical questions - transforming what you see.
Because as Donella Meadows taught: shifting our paradigm is among the highest leverage points for systems change. How we see shapes what’s possible.Â
What Leaders Say
“I’ve had coaches before, but it always circled back to the same surface-level advice. Working with Jeanine was different. She asked questions that stopped me in my tracks — the kind of questions I hadn’t thought to ask myself. Questions that opened up entirely new ways of seeing. That level of engagement shaped how I coach my own team now. It changed how I show up as a leader — more grounded, more trusting, more clear.”Â
— Kevin Albers, SVP Customer Support & Success, Slack, Trailhead Salesforce

Meet Your Guide:
Jeanine Becker
Â
For two decades, I've partnered with leaders at the intersection of vision, responsibility, and systems change.
My clients include:
- CEO of a social enterprise and one of the 50 Most Influential People in SF
- Founder of a social-impact network with a community spanning 190+ countries
- SVP of Customer Support and Success, Slack & Trailhead, shaping how millions communicateÂ
- Foundations leaders distributing millions annually
I work with people whose decisions ripple through industries, cities, and global systems—leaders carrying both immense responsibility and immense possibility.
I taught negotiation and collaboration at Stanford for a decade. And I learned interdependence solo-parenting—learning to need and really receive support.
I catalyzed global impact networks and studied at the Donella Meadows Academy for Systems Change. And I learned to shift from leading through control to creating conditions for emergence during a six-year fertility journey.
I coach visionary leaders navigating unprecedented uncertainty. I’ve studied developmental psychology. But I learned to hold paradox, like the heartbreak and possibility of this moment, by witnessing my daughter's first breath and my father's last within two weeks—stretched by the miracle and the loss and watching my daughter go from full-body sobbing to pure delight at a feather in one breath. She taught me: you don't hold paradox. You let it move you.
What makes my work different is this: I see the pattern you're living before you name it. I ask the questions that stop you in your tracks and open entirely new ways of seeing. I midwife the vision you haven’t yet claimed because I know both your constraints and your desires are carving your path.Â
And I hold your impossible as possible—even in the moments when you can't.
What Leaders Say
"I've never experienced a facilitator that can productively bring a collective together like Jeanine. She asks questions that cause a group to lean in with a common purpose and uncovers jewels of collective intelligence that were previously unspoken or unrecognized. Suddenly, bigger dreams become possible and start to unfold."
— Jensine Larsen, Co-Founder, Unfurl Futures; Founder, World Pulse
This Is For You If...
You're holding a vision you know is needed—and you can feel it stretching you
You're responsible for moving millions—in grants, revenue, policy, people, possibility
You love the impossible assignment—not just because it's hard, but because it matters.Â
You know over-functioning won't get you there—you're ready to expand your capacity to catalyze, convene, and co-create
You want to hear other leaders' growth in real time. Inspiration. Insight. Action.Â
The Fire that Gathers is where:Â
 Urgency meets discernment.
Gravity meets possibility.
And sparks become your next steps.
Â
The two truths and a lie of this moment:
Truth → There’s possibility in this breakdown. You sense it.
Truth → You’re needed and not enough. That’s the invitation.
Lie → Bigger vision means more burden. It doesn’t.
This movement is leaders choosing differently. Choosing to use breakdown as catalyst. Choosing to gather.
Choosing to become as complex as the problems we're here to solve.
Â
The fire’s already here; in the world, in the work, in you.
 Let’s tend it. Together.
